Bedfordview reads like a park that houses moved into — jacaranda-lined streets, mature gardens and substantial double-storey homes on generous stands, sitting between Bedfordview Country Club and the Bedford Centre retail belt, with Eastgate and the Gillooly's interchange minutes away. Very few of these homes were built yesterday, and it shows in the windows: original openings from the mid-century sit alongside newer glass added in renovation after renovation.
